Classic Aston Martin car was acquired for one million dollars

Classic car market does not seem at all affected by the crisis.

Aston Martin DB4 GT cars manufactured in 1963, in superb condition, was sold for one million dollars at an auction organized last weekend, the American city of Phoenix, in Arizona.

The beautiful Aston Martin DB4 GT coupe is the last of the cars series produced at the manufacturer plant in Newport Pagnell.

DB4 GT is equipped with an engine with six cylinders arranged in line, of 3.7 liters, producing 302 horsepower (62 horsepower more than when it was produced).

The thundered Aston sprints from zero to 100 km / h in just 6.1 seconds, being only 0.2 seconds slower than a Ford Focus RS produced in 2009. The 47 ages years car may reach a maximum speed of 250 km / h.
