Picasso’s full name is Pablo Diego José Francisco de Paula Juan .

Pablo was once brought into police headquarters in Paris co-accused of stealing the Mona Lisa from the Louvre in 1911.

Leonardo Da Vinci was also a great engineer and architect, designing many of the chief structures and public works of Milan.

Leonardo’s Mona Lisa (also known as La Gioconda) is perhaps his most well-known and loved work. The subject of this portrait is still under debate to this day, the most popular current view being that it is of Lisa Gherardini del Giocondo.

Van Gogh suffered from temporal lobe epilepsy as well as other mental and physical conditions.

Vincent Van Gogh became famous after his death. During his lifetime he only ever sold one painting. He could not support himself with his art.

Claude Monet spent most of his time drawing ridiculous pictures of his teachers!

During his lifetime, Salvador Dali produced more than 1,500 paintings – as well as illustrations for books and lithographs.

Salvador Dali nick name was Avida Dollars, which, roughly translated means “eager for dollars”.

Michelangelo was often dissatisfied with himself. He considered art as originating from inner inspiration. He was a preoccupied person who withdrew himself from the outside world.

Over the last 10 years of his life, Henri Matisse, he was diagnosed with duodenum cancer and had to stay in a wheelchair.
